Based on patient and physician feedback, a decision was made a few years ago to set all Cooper TVs to the HGTV channel. HGTV was selected because it best aligns with the type of atmosphere and experience we want to create for our Cooper patients and families. Recently, feedback was received that we have migrated back to having different channels being broadcast in our waiting rooms and lobbies. Please share and re-educate your teams and make sure that we default back to HGTV.
