Beginning Monday, February 17, 2020, we will be switching over to a new clinical support desk service to support you better. Now, when you call for clinical service support, you will have access to live support technicians 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.
Beginning Monday, February 17 at 9 a.m., clinical teams should call 856.968.7166 and choose option #2 to access the clinical service desk. You will connect with a live technician in order to obtain quick, one-call resolution for all Epic clinical issues that do not require changes in the Epic system.
Any issues or requests that require changes in the Epic system will be triaged by the clinical support desk and sent to the appropriate Cooper IT analyst for completion. The live technicians will also provide immediate support for Nuance products such as Dragon and Virtual Assistant.
Epic billing calls will still be sent to the Cooper IT Epic billing teams.
In early March, we plan to add live support for Epic scheduling and registration issues.
