Rare Disease Day at Coriell

Patient Advocates as Drivers of Science

You are invited to attend the inaugural Rare Disease Day at Coriell to be held at the Coriell Institute for Medical Research on March 2, 2020!

Space is limited so reserve a seat by sending an email to RSVP@coriell.org by Friday, February 14, 2020.

For nearly 50 years, the Coriell Institute for Medical Research has worked with the National Institutes of Health to supply scientists studying rare, heritable diseases with the cell lines and DNA they need for their research. In that role, Coriell has forged strong relations with both patients with rare disease and their families, disease advocacy groups, as well as the scientists working to develop treatments and potential cures.

This Rare Disease Day at Coriell, we are recognizing the rare disease advocates who fight relentlessly for more public attention, more funding, and more research. These are the individuals who organize, steer the research, and drive the incredible advancements that have been seen in the rare disease area.
