Congratulations to the 2020 Nursing Excellence Award Winners

We are pleased to announce the winners of the 2020 Nursing Excellence Awards.

This year’s winners are outstanding professionals who embody the compassion and dedication essential in nursing. Their focus on providing safe, high quality care to our patients demonstrates an unwavering commitment to excellence that places Cooper’s nurses and collaborative care teams at the heart of our organization’s success.

Kathy Devine, RN, DrNP, Senior Vice President, Chief Nursing Officer, congratulates all of our exceptional Cooper nurses and collaborative team members. “The drive and dedication of our nurses and collaborative care teams continues to inspire me, as they consistently rise to the challenges they face to ensure that the care and safety of our patients comes first. The fast-paced, dynamic field of nursing is a constant journey, and I take great pride in witnessing the level of support our nurses offer each other as they continue to strive for excellence. Cooper’s Nursing Excellence Awards recognize the hard work and dedication of these individuals, who provide the highest level of clinical expertise with warmth, compassion, and kindness.”

Thank you to the members of the Professional Recognition Council for your hard work in reviewing the nominations and selecting the winners.

We look forward to recognizing the winners at a special awards ceremony and reception on May 5, 2020. Stay tuned for the surprise announcement of the Nurse of the Year at the Nursing Excellence Awards ceremony and reception.
