We’re Six Feet Apart, but Closer Than Ever

Two weeks ago, The Cooper Foundation launched the COVID-19 Assistance Fund to help ensure Cooper University Health Care has the vital resources to protect you, the brave and dedicated health care professionals working on the front line to care for COVID-19 patients.

In addition to a significant donation from the Philadelphia 76ers, The Cooper Foundation has received more than 250 individual donations supporting the fund.

We have also seen the community come together with donations of PPE including N95 respirator masks, surgical masks, gowns, gloves, and eye shields.

  • 1,680 N95 masks from D.R. Horton Builders
  • 400 eye shields from Billows Electric Supply
  • 5,000 masks from PediSource Nail Supply
  • 640 N95 masks from Nooter Construction
  • 200 N95 masks from Urban Promise
  • 680 masks and 109 cases of gloves from the Cherry Hill School District

Food and meal donations have also been delivered. Special thanks to:

  • The Unforgotten Haven & Roma Pizza
  • Food4Staff
  • Red’s Rolling Restaurant
  • Mary’s Mobile Diner
  • Not Your Mama’s Tacos
  • Westmont Bagels

The community is behind you, supporting you, and thinking of you. Thank you for coming to work each day and continuing to support each other and provide expert, compassionate care to our patients. We’re six feet apart, but closer than ever. #CooperStrong
