- Earn $2,000 for a Full Time Critical Care Technician referral (must have minimum 1 year Critical Care Tech experience)
- Earn $1,000 for a Part Time Critical Care Technician referral (must have minimum 1 year Critical Care Tech experience)
How to Qualify for This Referral Bonus:
- Registrants must apply for jobs on the Cooper Career site at jobs.cooperhealth.org only between December 21, 2020 and February 21, 2021.
- The employee’s name MUST be listed on official application through the Cooper Career Portal.
- Required 1 year retention in order to be eligible for the bonus.
Referral Bonus Payout Structure:
- First half after 6 months of service, second half after 1 year of service.
