How to Qualify for This Referral Bonus:
- Registrants must apply for jobs on the Cooper Career site at jobs.cooperhealth.org between Wednesday, January 20, 2021, and Tuesday, April 20, 2021.
- The referring employee’s name must be listed on the official application through the Cooper Career Portal.
- A one-year retention of the new hire is required to be eligible for the bonus.
