Need help with Rover or Jabber? There’s an app for that.

Getting help with Rover or Jabber is now in the palm of your hands. If you use a Rover iPhone in your job role, you can use the new Get Help icon on the home screen to report a possible issue to the Help Desk with just a few touches. The Get Help icon will launch a mobile-friendly version of ServiceNow with questions tailored to common Rover and Jabber activities.

Using the Get Help app takes less time than calling the Help Desk or submitting a Help Desk ticket on a workstation; however, you can still call or submit a ticket from a workstation if you prefer. Please continue to report possible issues as soon as they occur so IT can begin investigating immediately.
