Time and Attendance Made Easy With New Mobile App

Dear Cooper Team:

Great news. Keeping track of your time and attendance will get even easier with the launch of a new mobile app. As of January 26, 2021, a new mobile app is available for time and attendance to all Cooper team members.

Kronos recently merged with Ultimate Software to become Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG). UKG is launching a new app named Workforce Central.

Features of the Workforce Central app include:

  • Easy access to your time and attendance.
  • Ability to review your own timecard – something you should do weekly to ensure your time is accurate.
  • Ability for managers to view and approve timecards via the app.
  • Enhanced calendar view that streamlines the process for reviewing your schedule and submitting PTO requests. All PTO requests should be entered via the mobile app, time clock, or through the Pulse.

To install UKG’s Workforce Central mobile app:

Scan the iPhone or Android QR code below with your phone or search for Workforce Central by UKG.

Once you download and install the mobile app, enter the following URL when opening the app for the first time: https://cooperhealth.kronos.net/wfc
