EARNINGS OF $1000 X 2:
- $1000 to the Cooper Employee for the referral.
- $1000 to the New PRN Radiology Hire.
How to Qualify for This Sign-on Bonus:
- Registrants must apply on the Cooper Career site at jobs.cooperhealth.org to req 99998 between NOW and Monday, May 24, 2021.
- Cooper employee’s name must be listed on the official application through the Cooper Career Portal.
- One year retention is required in order to be eligible for the bonus.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
- A total of $1,000 each is paid in two installments.*
- One installment of $500 is paid after the new hire completes 90 days.
- The second installment of $500 is paid at their one year anniversary.
- New hire must to commit to one full year of PRN work in Radiology.
*If employee does not fulfill 1 year retention, all paid monies must be paid back in full.
