If you’ve been on Pulse and Pulse+ lately, you may have noticed a new feature: Cooper’s newest blog, Diversity Corner.
Diversity Corner is authored by Ardella Coleman, Vice President of Diversity and Talent Acquisition, who will be using the blog to introduce the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) work that is happening at Cooper. The blog will also share ways the Cooper team might support each another along the journey to bring added diversity to the workplace, as well as to celebrate and recognize the special attributes that each of us bring to the organization.
