The summer school-age meal distribution program, run by the Food Bank of South Jersey, which has been taking place at Three Cooper Plaza on Wednesday afternoons, will be coming to an end on August 30, 2021. The last day that meals will be available at this distribution site is August 25, 2021.
Families in need of food can contact the South Jersey Food bank for food distribution locations closest to their homes. Our Thursday distributions will continue.
The Food Bank of South Jersey distributed meals this summer at 122 locations, including Three Cooper Plaza. This program supplied more than 300,000 meals to children this summer alone. While this summer program is coming to an end, we are looking forward to partnering with the South Jersey Food Bank and other organizations to introduce other nutritional programs and services to food-insecure families in southern New Jersey.
