Cooper’s COVID-19 booster clinics are now open for all eligible team members. The Pfizer, Moderna, and J&J boosters are available at all locations.
To schedule your booster shot, please visit myCooper. Remember to bring your vaccine card so we can add your booster shot information to it.
Kelemen Tent:
- Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays – 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Wednesdays – 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Team members can also receive boosters at one of Cooper’s ambulatory offices, or at their local pharmacies or retail locations.
