This year’s Southern New Jersey Heart Walk, held on Saturday, October 23 at Riverwinds Community Center in Thorofare, paid tribute to Cooper cardiologist Douglas Richter, MD. Chair of the event and vice president of BB&T/Truist Nickolas Scardino thanked Dr. Richter for his continued support as demonstrated by having participated in this his 20th Heart Walk.
We thank the many Cooper team members who attended the event to raise awareness of heart disease and prevention. Congratulations to Dr. Richter on his accomplishments and well-deserved recognition.
