The flu vaccine deadline has been extended until 5 p.m. on Thursday, December 16, 2021.
The Employee Health team has added three additional flu vaccination clinics to ensure that all team members receive the vaccine or have an approved exception.
The vaccine clinics will take place in the Cooper Cafeteria on the following dates:
Thursday, December 9, 2021 – 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Monday, December 13, 2021 – 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Thursday, December 16, 2021 – 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.
