IMPORTANT: Kronos Outage Update

As you know, UKG, the company that operates our Kronos software, has experienced a ransomware attack. As a result, Cooper’s Kronos system is not working and we have no indication when this issue will be resolved.

It is of vital importance that you read and cascade all information related to this incident to your direct reports so that we can ensure all Cooper team members are paid appropriately.
