This week, Cooper recognizes Patient Safety Awareness Week. Thank you to our entire Cooper team for playing an important role in Cooper’s journey toward becoming a High Reliability Organization and reaching a goal of zero harm.

- Ask Me 3 is a resource from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement that is intended to help patients become more active members of their health care team.
