Cooper is replacing the HEMS (Maintenance) Web Request with two new ways to submit maintenance requests. Beginning July 20, 2022, team members must use the new Maintenance Web Request form (on Pulse under Frequently Used Links) or CMS Request, a mobile app available on iOS or Android.
Some benefits of the new form and app include:
- The ability for all Cooper team members to submit maintenance requests during any shift, including weekends.
- Better tracking of existing maintenance requests with email updates and search capabilities.
- The ability to submit pictures from your mobile device via the CMS Request app.
