Cooper team member Jennifer McGowen, BSN, RN, is being recognized as a 2023 Young Professional Voices honoree by the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL). The program recognizes nurses and leaders who exhibit significant potential as a health care leader and who exhibit exemplary leadership within their organization, community, and nursing profession. In 2023, Jennifer will be recognized during the annual AONL conference and will serve on a task force to provide feedback and guidance on how AONL can support and engage young professional nurse leaders.
