Cooper’s Culture of Safety survey launched yesterday. All clinical hospital employees will receive this anonymous survey. Please help us assess our patient safety culture to identify our strengths and areas for improvement, evaluate the cultural impact of patient safety initiatives and interventions, and raise team member awareness around safety. Units with the greatest survey participation rates will be eligible for prizes.
