Interview Evaluations for New Hires

On July 21, Cooper began using auto-notifications for new interview evaluations. For each candidate placed within an interviewing status, hiring leaders will receive an email stating that interview evaluations must be completed prior to the extension of all employment offers. This process helps support our ongoing compliance requirements.

To be compliant, effective August 15, 2022, all hiring leaders are required to submit the completed interview evaluations to move candidates forward in the offer process.
