It’s time to submit your monthly and quarterly recognition nominations. All employees are welcome to nominate Cooper’s highest-performing employees across five programs.
- Employee of the Month: An employee who is not in a leadership role, who goes above and beyond on a daily basis to help our patients, family members, and co-workers. This person exemplifies our Core Values and Service Standards, and is instrumental in helping Cooper achieve our strategic priorities.
- Manager of the Quarter: A director, manager, or supervisor who exemplifies our Core Values and Service Standards and is instrumental in helping Cooper achieve our strategic priorities.
- Physician of the Quarter: A physician who exemplifies our Core Values and Service Standards and is instrumental in helping Cooper achieve our strategic priorities.
- Provider of the Quarter: A physician assistant (PA), certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA), advanced practice nurse (APN), or psychologist who exemplifies our Core Values and Service Standards and is instrumental in helping Cooper achieve our strategic priorities.
- Resident of the Quarter: A resident/fellow who goes above and beyond on a daily basis to help our patients, family members, and co-workers. This person exemplifies our Core Values and Service Standards and is instrumental in helping Cooper achieve our strategic priorities.
Nominations will be considered through August 31, 2022.
