Testing Cooper Phone Lines

Cooper has hired Warner Communications, a telecom expense management company, to help us control costs, audit charges from our vendors, and ensure that Cooper’s data, voice, TV, and wireless services are accounted for in a master database that they will maintain for us.

From August 30 through September 29, 2022, Warner staff will be calling Cooper telephone numbers to validate the name of the individual who has answered the call, validate that they have reached Cooper, and request the address of your Cooper location and department.

If you receive a call from a Warner representative, you may provide the information that they are requesting. This is a valid exercise – it is not individuals attempting to commit fraud.
