On September 16, 2022, members of Cooper’s Community Outreach and Ambulatory COVID Operations teams partnered with the Malcolm Jenkins Foundation to provide COVID-19 vaccinations, COVID-19 education, and health resources to Camden residents. Eighteen people received vaccinations during the event. Families residing in Camden also received food, hygiene items, and health and wellness products and services. Volunteers also provided resources and screenings for blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, asthma; basic eye and dental check-ups; GED, education, and social service information; job training information; and senior and veteran support services.
