RN Referral Bonus Program Extended Until End of Year

Cooper team members who refer a friend, colleague, or family member for registered nurse (RN) positions may receive a $7,500 bonus for a full-time RN referral or a $3,500 bonus for a part-time RN referral. This is a great opportunity to help the Cooper team grow while also putting some extra cash in your wallet. This offer is available through the end of the year.

Cooper is offering RN referral bonuses for the following areas:

  • Adult Inpatient Medical Surgical
  • Critical Care
  • Emergency Department

Hospital-based perioperative nurse positions:

  • Main Operating Room (OR)
  • Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)

For Cooper team members to qualify for this referral bonus:

  • New RN registrants must have at least one year of experience.
  • Registrants must apply for jobs on the Cooper Career site at jobs.cooperhealth.org.
  • The name of the Cooper team member who refers the registrant MUST be listed on the official application.
  • One year retention is required for the referring Cooper team member to be eligible for the bonus.

The referral bonus payout structure is as follows:

  • First half after six months of service, second half after one year of service.
