Mindful Mondays

Cooper’s Compassion and Resiliency Experience (CARE) Program invites you to join Mindful Mondays. These brief, drop-in meditation sessions, facilitated by CARE team members, are open to all Cooper team members interested in learning how to live more presently. Science supports mindfulness as a method to reduce stress, improve attention, boost the immune system, and promote a general sense of health and well-being. No experience is necessary to participate, no registration is required, and the sessions are free.

The first Mindful Monday will take place on Monday, September 11, 2023, from 10 to 10:30 a.m. in the Conference Center, Room 105.
