September is Women in Medicine Month. Cooper’s Women in Medicine (WIM) group is an inclusive group of providers and educators from Cooper University Health Care and Cooper Medical School of Rowan University (CMSRU) who align to support women in medicine and serve as an educational resource for the community.
The group supports and promotes:
- The academic, professional, and personal growth of female providers and educators.
- Mentorship and networking opportunities for students, trainees and faculty.
- Gender equity in leadership.
- Policies that promote inclusion and diversity.
