September 15 marked the official start of National Hispanic Heritage Month, which runs through October 15, 2023. This special month celebrates the histories, cultures, and contributions of Americans whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central and South America.
To celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month, the Cooper Court Cafeteria will feature a special menu every Wednesday this month. The menu for October 4 is available here, and the menu for October 11 is available here.
