Dr. Philip Oreoluwa, one of Cooper’s PGY-2 psychiatry residents, was commissioned to join the Army Medical Department (AMEDD) as an Army captain (STRAP program).
The staff of Cooper’s Section of Military, Diplomatic, and Field Surgical Affairs hosted the commissioning ceremony on Friday, January 26, which was attended by faculty and other medical residents from the Psychiatry Residency Program.
