Celebrate Pride Month With Cooper

Pride Month, celebrated annually in June, commemorates years of struggle for civil rights and the ongoing pursuit of equal justice under the law for the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer community, as well as the accomplishments of LGBTQ+ individuals.

Celebrate Pride Month with your fellow Cooper team members at a variety of local events throughout the month of June.

Merchantville Pride Day – June 1, 2024

Merchantville will celebrate the start of Pride month at a special event on Saturday, June 1, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on South Centre Street. Stop by the Cooper table and say hi!

Haddon Township Pride Parade – June 6, 2024

Join the Cooper Center for LGBTQ+ Health team as we walk in the Haddon Township Pride Parade on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at 6 p.m. on Haddon Avenue. All team members are welcome. T-shirts will be provided. Click here to sign up to walk in the parade.

Haddon Township Pride + Progress Community Night – June 7, 2024

Celebrate the progress made by LGBTQIA+ trailblazers and learn about LGBTQIA+ history, while visiting with local vendors and allies. The event features education and celebration resources, Pride Quizzo, and a performance on Friday, June 7, from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at Haddon Square. Stop by the Cooper table and say hello!

Collingswood Pop-Up Pride Event – June 8, 2024

Join Collingswood’s Pop-Up Pride event on Saturday, June 8, 2024, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Irvin Ave between Haddon Avenue and Atlantic Avenue.

There will be a DJ, live entertainment, and information tables. Stop by the Cooper table and say hello. Click here for additional information.
