Cooper Walkers Club

Movement Is Not Seasonal.

We’re excited to announce that we are expanding our Thrive 365 wellness initiative to include the “Cooper Walkers Club” in addition to the “Cooper Climbers Club.”

Six months ago, we introduced the Cooper Climbers Club, encouraging team members to stay physically active through monthly climbing challenges. Participants have been tracking their daily stair climbs at work, home, and elsewhere for a chance to win prizes. Now, we’re excited to invite walkers to join the initiative.

Ask a fellow Cooper team member to join you, and don’t forget to submit your photos on Pulse+ with the header “Cooper Climbers Club” or “Cooper Walkers Club.”

Guidelines:

Just like the Cooper Climbers Club, challenges begin on the first day of each month. For example, if you started the challenge on January 1, you would log into the website here on February 1 and enter the number of steps walked throughout the month. Please track the number of steps you take each month using your phone or other fitness tracker. Ensure you record your daily steps using your smartphone or preferred fitness tracker. At the end of the month, tally up your steps and submit your total on our website.
