Last year, Cooper implemented the Hospital Assault Response and Prevention (HARP) program to train team members in assault safety best practices, de-escalation strategies, protect-exit skills, and management of volatile patients and visitors.
If you have not participated in a HARP session yet, you can register through the Cooper Learning Newtork (CLN). Sessions take place in person and are offered in several locations.
