Every year, the American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS) observes Neurosurgery Awareness Month in August. This month, we take a moment to recognize and honor our incredible neurosurgery experts for their dedication, expertise, and compassionate care they provide to our patients.
Our neurosurgery team treats emergent and non-emergent forms of cerebrovascular disease, including acute stroke of any type, cerebral aneurysms, carotid artery disease, brain tumors, and other serious conditions affecting the brain and spinal cord within minutes of a patient’s arrival.
