Last month, Cooper Nursing hosted a special event to introduce their new professional practice model (PPM). The model is a framework for how Cooper nurses practice, communicate, collaborate, and develop professionally. The PPM incorporates the C.A.R.E.S. model, which highlights Cooper Nursing’s commitment to compassion, advocacy, reliability, engagement, and skill.
Nurses who attended the event took photos, enjoyed cookies and swag, and talked with nursing leadership about the values the PPM represents. To see photos of the event, click here.
The PPM roll-out will continue in the coming months with activities in locations across the health system.
