Members of Cooper EMS Honored at National EMS Conference    

Three members of the Cooper emergency medical services (EMS) team recently received awards at the National EMS Conference banquet/awards ceremony in Atlantic City.

Mobile intensive care paramedics Ksenya Basarab and Syndey Gwynn, along with emergency medical technician Jenny Gerace, were recognized with the Director’s Award for Community Service for their dedication and hard work in coordinating the efforts of the Cooper EMS Harm Reduction Program, making it a model of success for other EMS programs to emulate. They were supported at the banquet by a large contingent of the Cooper EMS team.

Thank you, Ksenya, Jenny, and Syndey for your efforts in making the Harm Reduction Program a success, and congratulations on your much-deserved recognition. We are proud to have you representing our team!
