Cooper’s Sunshine Award is given to critical care technicians, nurse associates, and/or companions who demonstrate excellent patient and family-centered care while carrying out Cooper’s mission to serve, to heal, to educate. Critical care technicians, nurse associates, and companions play an important role in the health care team. Their hard work is invaluable to members of the health care team and does not go unnoticed.
