‘Tis the season for some holiday spirit. Please join us in spreading holiday cheer by participating in our holiday tree decorating contest and snowman building contest. All team members from all locations are invited participate in either contest.

Holiday Tree Decorating Contest:
The holiday tree decorating contest has been a long-standing Cooper tradition for many years. We invite teams to continue this tradition while also being conscious and inclusive of the many different cultures that exist here at Cooper.
Snowman Building Contest:
Do You Want to Build a Snowman? Join us for Cooper’s snowman building contest, where you and your teams showcase your creativity by building and decorating a snowman, using anything but snow.
Rules and guidelines for both contests:
- Each department is responsible for providing its own tree and/or snowman.
- Teams may decorate their tree or create the body of their snowman in any way they like, as long as it adheres to Cooper’s decorating policy mentioned above.
- Upload a picture of your department’s holiday tree or snowman via the Pulse+ app no later than Monday, December 23, 2024.
- You must be on Pulse+ to enter the contest.
- When uploading: In the subject line, please include your department’s name and the shift category – Hospital Day Shift, Hospital Night Shift, Ambulatory Offices, or Corporate Offices – for your submission.
- Teams may enter both contests, but holiday tree and snowman entries must be posted separately.
- Submissions should only be posted once to Pulse+ to avoid duplicate votes.
All Cooper team members will get a chance to review the display and ‘like’ their favorite holiday tree or snowman. The display with the most ‘likes’ for each category will be the winner for that category.
DISPLAYS SHOULD BE ‘LIKED’ ACCORDING TO:
- Originality
- Quality of work
- Creative use of materials
PRIZES:
A $100 gift card will be awarded to the department with the best-decorated holiday tree or snowman in the following categories:
- Day Shift Cooper University Hospital.
- Day Shift Cooper University Hospital Cape Regional.
- Night Shift Cooper University Hospital.
- Night Shift Cooper University Hospital Cape Regional.
- Ambulatory Offices all locations.
- Corporate Offices all locations.
Voting for both contests will close Friday, December 27, 2024, and the winners for each category will be announced the following week.
