Starting in 2025, Cooper will launch a new and improved recognition platform for you to celebrate the achievements of your team members and colleagues. The new recognition portal will replace the current Cooper Rewards Portal.

The current Cooper Rewards Portal will close on December 31, 2024. The new website will open in early February 2025.
Your current rewards medallions – soon to be called “Cooper Coins” – will be transferred to the new recognition platform. As a reminder, team members hired between January 1 and June 30 can only carry over 2,500 medallions. Remember to redeem your medallions before the Cooper Rewards Portal closes at the end of this year.
