Starting January 1, 2025, Cooper’s retail pharmacy plan will feature a new enhancement. Team members and enrolled dependents in Cooper’s Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey medical plan can obtain maintenance prescriptions either at an expanded retail pharmacy network or through home delivery.
Retail Pharmacy Benefits:
- 90DayMyWay® Program: Receive 90-day supplies of long-term medications (e.g., for high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and asthma). This reduces refills and the risk of missed doses.
- Expanded Network: In addition to Walgreens, large retail chains and small, local pharmacies are now included, providing greater access and convenience. Starting January 1, 2025, find participating pharmacies at www.MyPrime.com. Participating pharmacies will continue to fill short-term prescriptions (less than a 90-day supply).
Home Delivery Benefits:
- Express Scripts: Convenient home delivery for maintenance medications with 90-day prescriptions. (Prescriptions written for less than a 90-day supply are not eligible.)
- Accredo Specialty Pharmacy: Safe, personalized, and convenient delivery for specialty medications needed for managing complex health conditions.
