Cooper Camden: Interpretation Service Disruptions

We have been experiencing disruptions with our interpretation service provider, Voyce, through the app on our iPad devices. While the issue appears to be resolved, we ask each area to test their devices to ensure the service is operating as expected.

If you are having issues and are unable to sign into the iPad device at any point, please use the following process:

  • Voyce is available through the phone by calling 856.415.3388 or ext. 100-5100 from any internal Cooper Camden phone.
  • Enter your department’s access code (cost center number).
  • Inform the operator of the language needed. Once connected to an interpreter, speak directly to the caller and pause for interpretation.
  • If used for a patient visit/exam, document the interpreter’s name and ID number in the Epic visit notes.
