On the morning of Wednesday, March 26, 2025, if you call the IT Service Desk at 856.968.7166, the call will be answered by our new Service Desk provider, NTT Data. This change is part of a 2025 initiative to improve and expand IT support services available to all Cooper team members.
NTT Data is an industry leader in service desk support, with deep experience supporting health care providers. Over the next year, in partnership with NTT Data, IT will be improving access to help through the Epic Service Desk button, self-help tools, chatbot support, and Microsoft Teams integration. With the analysis tools available through NTT Data, our team will increase our oversight of the speed and accuracy of ticket resolution so that you can focus on serving our patients and organization.
The Epic Service Desk and our Patient Portal Service Desk will also move to NTT Data on April 9, 2025.
