March 9 through 16, 2025, is Patient Safety Awareness Week (PSAW). While patient safety is a top priority every day, this week we are taking extra time to thank the caregivers who keep our patients safe, remember the patients and caregivers who have experienced harm, and rededicate ourselves to reducing harm.
During Patient Safety Week at Cooper:
- Room of Errors: Check out Pulse+ to explore the virtual rooms, find errors, and take a quiz for a chance to win a prize.
- Events: Follow along on Pulse+ and listen to daily safety stories, workshops, trainings, and more.
- Photo Campaign: Post a picture of you and/or your team on Pulse+ holding one of the printable signs below, fill in your name(s) to let us know who you are, and use #SaferTogether.
