Celebrating World Autism Day

April 2 is World Autism Awareness Day—a time to promote understanding, acceptance, and support for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Help support World Autism Awareness Day by wearing blue and posting your photos on Pulse+.

At Cooper University Health Care, our Pediatric Autism Program is dedicated to helping families by providing expert evaluations for children who may have autism. Our team of child neurologists and pediatric advanced nurse practitioners offers compassionate care, guidance, and resources to support each child’s unique needs.

Additionally, Cooper University Health Care provides enhanced support through the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Patient, Family, and Caregiver Support Program and our multisensory rooms located at Cooper University Hospital in Camden. Today and every day, we stand with the autism community—celebrating their strengths, amplifying their voices, and working toward a more inclusive world.

Early diagnosis and intervention can make a big difference, and we’re here to help. If you or someone you know could benefit from our services, call 800.8.COOPER (800.826.6737).
