- Rachel Haroz, MD – finalist in the Excellence in Population and Public Health category. This recognizes innovative strategies that improve clinical health outcomes, enhance care coordination, and advance public health policy to create sustainable impact.
- Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) Program – finalist in the Advancing Health Equity category. This celebrates models and strategies that reduce health disparities, address social and economic barriers, and ensure equitable access to care—especially for special populations, including older adults and individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, behavioral health challenges, or physical disabilities.
