It’s baaaaccckkkk … That’s right, it’s that time of year everyone anticipates – annual mandatory education!
Okay, so maybe you haven’t been waiting for it, but it is required by state and federal governments.
Rest assured, we made even more improvements this year. In fact, you will soon think mandatory education is fun.
Last year, we assigned fewer modules. This year, the HIPAA content is shorter and customized for Cooper policies. The education is also more relevant to your specific role and up to date with the latest requirements and policies. See, fun.
The mandatory education period begins on June 17, 2025. You’ll have 90 days – three whole months – to complete by September 17, 2025. But why wait? Look for it soon in Cooper Learning Network (CLN) under “My Tasks” in the User Dashboard.
Lastly, team members hired in 2025 have satisfied this annual requirement during their new-hire training.
