As we mark the completion of two successful years of building Cooper’s Culture of Inclusion and Belonging foundation, we’re proud to share that we launched four Team Resource Groups (TRGs), a testament to Cooper’s ongoing dedication to creating an inclusive culture.
We are currently refining our efforts to foster our Culture of Inclusion and Belonging and need your feedback. As part of this process, we plan to transition from using the term “Team Resource Group” to another term that will better reflect our focus on cultural inspiration, belonging, and inclusivity. We also want your ideas on new resource groups you’d like to see at Cooper. Your thoughts and creativity are invaluable to us, so we’re reaching out to gather your preferences through a survey.
