Cooper’s Community Outreach team had the pleasure of welcoming the Rutgers’ Future Scholars Program to Cooper. The 11th-grade students, from various schools across the area, explored different departments and gained valuable insight into the health care system.
They had the opportunity to speak with our dedicated team members and learn about the day-to-day work that keeps Cooper running. The students also experienced an engaging EMS demonstration and toured our medical lab.
Special thanks to Cooper’s Emergency Department, Operating Room, Neurology, Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Ambulatory Operations, Nursing, Safe Kids, Pediatrics, and EMS for volunteering their time to share their expertise and inspire these bright young minds.
