It’s true: We’re launching a new and improved internal communications platform. With a fresh new design and more intuitive navigation powered by a modern SharePoint platform, finding everything you need will be easier than ever.
Your stronger new Pulse will be fully integrated with Cooper’s Microsoft 365 suite giving you:
- Improved search capabilities that show results from SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Outlook – which will make finding team members easier.
- Personalized list of frequently used links based on where you go most.
- Integration of Cooper Cape content, so one site for all.
- Better organized menus with categories that make finding resources easier.
- A dynamic calendar where you can search Cooper events and add them to your Outlook calendar with a single click.
Over the next few weeks, be sure to read Weekly Rounds and the Co-CEO Update tips on navigating the new Pulse.
You’ll also have a “Where’s My Stuff?” page for assistance and a “Where’s My Stuff?” video to help you locate anything that may have moved in the upgrade. You can also reach out to the Service Desk at 856.968.7166 for urgent needs.
