You’ve spoken, and we’ve listened! As a result of employee feedback, Cooper is changing our health benefits administrator to Independence Administrators.
We anticipate a number of positive changes and added benefits for employees with the transition to Independence Administrators in January 2020. A mailer will be sent to your home with additional details.
The 2020 Open Enrollment period will begin on November 11 and last through November 26, 2019. Because Cooper is changing administrators, open enrollment will be active this year. All benefits-eligible employees are required to enroll or waive coverage by November 26, 2019.
