During the toughest days of the COVID-19 pandemic, our team pulled together to deliver the highest quality of care for our patients as well as provide leadership across our region. Once again, we are working with Press Ganey on engagement surveys for our employees, physicians and APPs, and residents and fellows. As you know, the engagement surveys are anonymous. Your participation in these surveys helps improve the patient and employee experience at Cooper.
Your responses from the 2019 surveys resulted in a number of positive organizational changes, such as:
- New supplies and equipment:

- 200 new Workstations on Wheels
- 800 PCs ordered and deployed
- Improved supply inventory process on patient floors
- New parking garage is being built and is scheduled to open in November 2020
- New and improved clinical space:

- New Trauma and Surgical Intensive Care Unit – Roberts Pavilion 10
- Improved health benefit plan launched in January 2020
